What we do with the details you send through this website.
This page explains how we handle personal data submitted through this website. It is written for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, and applies wherever you are.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, business email, company, country, phone number and message you provide, together with the page you submitted from, your IP address and browser user agent.
Why, and on what basis
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to business, to carry out the resulting commercial relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the technical data is retained on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form (Art. 6(1)(f)).
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question. If we later want to send you anything other than a reply to your enquiry, we will ask first.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 24 months. Records connected to an order are kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Write to the contact address on this site and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
